Rain, rain, rain and again rain (24/25/...October)

As Dutch guy I am used to some rain, but I must admit, looking out of my window this morning, and we now write the 25th of October, it is still training...it started to rain last night around 6 pm and sofar I have not noticed it stopping or it must have been while I was a sleep. Only it intensifies once in a while and then it really guts down! The rain faling in betwen those intense ransels is as a good heavy rain in Holland, so I wondered how our canals and streets would cope with such a mass of water from the havens..... no idear, but one can imagine.
Well, I have been locked up at our little house in the hills of Patong, wondering when I could go down into town...... haha, need some food in the end anyway so I guess at one time I have to choose to get toroughly wet!
O, and to increase the fun, the power has now gone as well so I now use the battery of my laptop. And still not god eenoog weather to feel comfortable to take my laptop into downtown and find myself a place where I could quietly work on my laptop and put all this writing for all of you to read in my weblogs..so I guess it still has to wait for that!! Wel, afterroughly two weeks a couple of days longer wouldn’t hurt!
Only feel sorry for myself that I left the newly bought umbrella a couple of days ago at J&B Bar downtown.. not that I would have used it while driving the motorbike, but I could have walked without getting wet to the nearest store annec restaurant here on the hill and walked Didi same time. The girl, who is so enjoying her stay here if you ask me, with all the extra freedom she now enjoys, is still not that all keen on getting wet... so she is holding everything up within her, haha...well, even she has to resign to getting wet one moment in time.....and I guess it will be soon, haha...but ofcourse, she is a girl, and we guys know girls power in that respect. We loose out to them anytime in this area, so dogs are same same I think, though different!!
