Yesterday at the end of the workingday I received my Thai course I ordered at NHA. This institute was wel recommended as an effective way to learn Thai in word, speach and writing.
Well, now I have a load of homework to do as a Thai language student, haha....well, lets see how I deal with it!
I know I have to learn the language to make my acceptance in the world of the Thai more easy.
One also needs to understand their way of thinking, and when one can read and speak (+write) Thai, it helps enourmously!
Now, for the first time in decades back behind the books.....really curious how this will play out!
I hope by the time I go back to Thailand & Kik in April, I'll be able to speak more Thai and understand it a little bit better then I do now, which is more or less zero ;-)
Also the first respons to my house getting on the market is promissing, after the previous weekend it was placed on the market, 3 appontments have been made for a vieuwing. That might indicate that my askingprice for the house, 575.000 euro, is not too crazy, hehe, but might actually be realistic in the present market setting.
Well, as they say: eating is the proof of the pudding, so lets wait and see if the vieuwing will be followed up by more vieuwings and offers, which ofcourse means that a fish might bite and as such can be caught!
The sooner the better, I say, because that means more clarity and the more one can get in as early a state as possible the better!!
Now I have to concentrate on my taxes, the paers for the sale of my house, etc.
So lets go back to work!!

BTW excuse my english or dutch writing, I do not check my spelling all the time or the way I phrase things. Just let the words flow out of my fingers on the screen... hope you manage to read trough sometimes simple mistakes ;-)
BTW 2 And please when having remarks or questions: ask about it, okay? There are no dumm or stupid questions, only the ones not asked ;-) :-))
